Jpop Nails | Girls' Generation's MR. TAXI Inspired Nails

These nails are inspired by the outfits Girls' Generation is wearing in their "MR.TAXI" video.

Step 1: apply your base coat.

Paint your thumb black and all the other nails yellow.

-Black: Deborah Shine TECH 30-

-Yellow: KIKO 279-

Step 2: on your thumb make two thin white stripes.

On your ring finger make a thick black stripe and on all the other nails a white french.

-White Striper: KIKO 203-

-Black: Deborah Shite TECH 30-

Step 3: with yellow polish cover the white lines you made on your thumb.

With a thin brush and black polish make small squares on the white tip to achieve a chessboard effect.

When dry apply your top coat.

-Yellow: KIKO 279-

-Black: Deborah Shine TECH 30-

Kpop Nails | Girls' Generation's Hoot + bonus

This mani is inspired by some of the dresses the girls are wearing in the promotional images for "Hoot".

(from left to right: Seohyun, Sooyoung, Sunny, Taeyeon and Tiffany)

Step 1: apply your base coat.

Paint one of your nails white and all the other black.

-White: basic 35-

-Black: Deborah Shine TECH 30-

Step 2: using black and white polish add squares, stripes and dots on your nails.

When dry apply your top coat.

-White Striper: KIKO 203-

-Black: Deborah Shine TECh 30-

And as a bonus...

I really like the dress Sunny wear in the "Hoot" music video, so I made a quick and easy tutorial on her dress.

Step 1: Apply white polish.

Step 2: make colorful squares.

Step 3: add sparse glitter.

-White: basic 35-

-Fuchsia: KIKO 283-

-Red: MAYBELLINE FOREVER STRONG 535-

-Silver: basic 41-

-Lime Green: essence 39 Lime Up!-

(The squares are supposed to be red and fuchsia but my camera didn't catch the difference!!)

Jpop Nails | Girls' Generation's Genie Inspired Nails

These nails are inspired by the outfits and scenography of Girls' Generation's video for the song "Genie -Japanese Ver.-".

Step 1: apply your base coat.

Apply white polish on two of your nails and blue on all the others.

-White: basic 35-

-Blue: Deborah Shine TECH 35-

Step 2: on the white nails make a black thick "V" shape.

On one blue nail make some gold stars.

On another nail make two round shapes at the top and bottom.

On the last nail make two white thin "V" lines.

-Black: Deborah Shine TECH 30-

-Gold Striper: KIKO 307-

-White: basic 35-

-White Striper: KIKO 203-

Step 3: add some gold details. On the two thick "V" make thin gold lines. Under the thin white lines make six small gold dots (you can use gold studs if you like!).

On the two round shapes add some dots of different sizes with yellow, red, green and blue polish.

When dry apply your top coat.

-Gold Striper: KIKO 307-

-Yellow: KIKO 279-

-Red: MAYBELLINE FOREVER STRONG 535-

-Green: KIKO 296-

-Blue: KIKO 295-

Kpop Nails | Girls' Generation's Show! Show! Show!

These nails are inspired by the outfits Girl's Generation wore in one of their performances for the song "Show! Show! Show" on SBS Inkigayo / Popular Song.

Step 1: apply your base coat.

Paint your nails white. Apply second coat if needed.

-White: basic 35-

Step 2: draw a black half moon onthe lower part of your nails.

-Black: Deborah Shine TECH 30-

Step 3: with yellow, red and blue polish make some horizontal stripes on the white polish.

If you use the same brush for all the three colors start from the lightest.

When dry apply your top coat.

-Yellow: KIKO 279-

-Red: Essie 708 Red Nouveau-

-Blue: Deborah 7 Days Long 829-

Another Girls' Generation post. This time I will show you the nails from their "Beautiful Girls" music video.

Girls' Generation's Oh! Nails

In this post I'm going to show you the nails the girls are wearing in their video for the song "Oh!".

The nails are very simple so I didn't replicate them but if you want to see them you can just leave me a comment!!

I'm working on a lot of Girls' Generation nails so expect more in the future.

Hyoyeon - a simple baby blue french

Jessica - bright pink, very girly!

Seohyun - short and natural

Sooyoung - glitter blue french with a touch of silver, similar to one of my old NOTD.

Sunny - blue french

Taeyeon - pink french, similar to my first tutorial.

Tiffany - pure white

Yoona - gradient gold french (not very sure!!) similar to Secret's Hyoseong.

Yuri - bright pink glitter, love her!!
