Universal Splatter

Ever since I bought White Splatter I knew I was going to layer it over Miss Universe, their colours match perfectly!

 

Miss Universe has a dark sheer base with blue and green shimmer. In the sun it's stunning!

White Splatter is a glitter top coat with a clear base and a lot of glitters: white matte hex and bar glitter in different sizes, blue and green medium glitter, purple medium and fine glitter.

I did a glitter gradient on the tips of the nails.
